We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the above free email service will be discontinued effective 31st July, 2009.

As a committed service provider in offering you the best solutions to meet your needs, we recommend that you take the following steps to transfer your current email contents to a new email account:

1. Sign up for a new email account (e.g. Yahoo mail, Hotmail, Gmail);
2. Forward your existing emails to your new email account*;
3. Automatically forward any new incoming emails to your new email account*;
4. Save and transfer your contacts.

*Note: All email forwarding service will only be available until 31st July 2009.

Enclosed with this letter is a guide on how you can automatically forward the in-bound emails from your maxismail.com.my account to your new email account.
